2. What data we collect

When you submit the request form or email us, we process the data you provide: name, company, work email, and details of your GPU requirements and message.

3. Why we process it

To respond to your request and prepare offers from GPU providers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
To follow up on our conversation and keep records of business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest).

4. Who we share it with

We share your requirements with GPU providers only when needed to obtain an offer for you, and we'll tell you which providers before introducing you. Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, and our email is hosted by OVHcloud (EU). The website is hosted by Cloudflare.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer retention.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise your rights, email us.
